I had a skylight that needed replacing. The crew was quick, efficient, professional, and friendly. Before they started, they patiently waited for me to clean the inside pane of the skylight, and then after installation, they cleaned the outside. Even better, there was a heavy rain a week after and no leaks!

Noticed a water stain on our ceiling so we called Semper West to take a look at our roof. Brandon Buhr was assigned and he could not have been more professional and courteous and, of course, on time. He took the time to explain what the issues could be and what can be done in each case. We highly recommend Semper West. Great job!

Price was competitive but not the lowest. Roofing crew of 7 was very experienced. I was amazed how the crew worked: every worker knew what to do and when to do it. Job was done on time with high quality.

They were communicative as we approached material delivery day, well coordinated and professional as the work was done, and the workmanship was excellent. Our roof was damaged in a wind storm and we decided to have it replaced. Semper West came out recommended from a neighbor. Their sales/lead staff came out and gave us an estimate on our schedule, patiently answered the million questions we had (which were already answered in their documentation). The installation staff came out and completed the entire job in one day.
